  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 scoop CMBT RELOAD (salted caramel)
  • 50g oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 250ml oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Ice
