For years my life ran on a loop. Open the gym at 5am to teach. At the office by 8am. Back on the mats running classes until 8pm. I loved it and I was doing work that mattered, with people I cared about.
But I wasn't fuelling myself to last. I was seeing how hard I could push, for how long, until I burnt out. My performance suffered. Recovery was non-existent.
Then I looked around our gym and saw the same thing everywhere. People striving for more, working hard to become the best version of themselves and running on fuel that couldn't support the effort they were putting in.
I'd spent years in the sports nutrition industry, building products for some of the biggest brands in the country. So we stopped looking for the right products and built them ourselves.

Are your products dairy-free, gluten-free or vegan?
It varies by product. Reload™ Protein is dairy, soy and gluten free. The Volk Bar contains milk, and some flavours contain nuts. Full allergen information sits on every product page. No fine print, no surprises.
