CMBT Competition Terms and Conditions
Introduction
This competition is hosted solely by CMBT ("the Organizer"). Participation in this competition constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
Entry is open to residents aged 18 years and over. Employees of CMBT, their family members, and anyone directly connected to the competition are ineligible to enter.
Competition Period
The competition begins on November 8 and concludes on November 30, 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
How to Enter
To enter the competition, purchase any quantity of CMBT Choc Layered Protein Bars from Nutrition Warehouse and upload the purchase receipt to the competition landing page at [https://cmbt.com.au/pages/nutrition-warehouse-competition-landing-page] before 11:59 PM AEST on November 30.
Each valid uploaded receipt counts as one entry into the draw. Multiple entries are allowed if separate receipts are submitted for each purchase.
Prizes
Two (2) winners will be selected randomly. Each winner will receive one year’s supply of CMBT Choc Layered Protein Bars, provided as one box of 12 bars per month for 12 months.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items. CMBT reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if required.
Winner Selection
Winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries after November 30. The draw will occur within the first week of December. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via email using the contact details provided during entry. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure their contact details are accurate and up to date.
Winners must confirm acceptance of the prize within 7 days of being notified. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Fulfillment
The prize will be fulfilled starting on December 14, with one box of 12 CMBT Choc Layered Protein Bars delivered monthly for 12 months. CMBT will coordinate with winners regarding the delivery schedule.
If a winner is unreachable or does not respond to delivery confirmations for three (3) consecutive months, CMBT reserves the right to cease prize fulfillment without further obligation.
Receipt Verification
CMBT reserves the right to verify the validity of any receipt submitted, including contacting Nutrition Warehouse to confirm the purchase. Any fraudulent entries or entries with falsified receipts will be disqualified.
Marketing Communications
By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from CMBT. Entrants can unsubscribe from these communications at any time following the instructions provided in the email.
General Conditions
CMBT reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the competition if unforeseen circumstances affect the competition’s integrity or administration.
CMBT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the competition page and will take immediate effect.
Exclusion of Liability
CMBT is not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or related to the participation in this competition or acceptance and use of any prize, including, without limitation, any indirect or consequential loss.
CMBT is not responsible for any technical or other malfunctions, errors, or delays that may prevent an entry from being received or recorded.
Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information collected as part of the competition will be used for competition administration and promotional purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws. CMBT will not share entrant information with third parties except as necessary for prize delivery or as required by law.
Publicity Rights
By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow CMBT to use their name, image, and/or likeness in any promotional material related to the competition without further compensation.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to this competition will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
Tax Responsibility
Winners are responsible for any taxes or additional charges that may arise from the acceptance or use of the prize.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. By entering, participants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland for the resolution of any disputes.
