RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a “Money Back Guarantee” as we are absolutely sure you’ll love all of our products in the CMBT range!
To make sure we cover all the bases for returns and refunds, we do have to have a few rules around this process.
For a start, if there’s any issues at all, we will need all of these details from you before we start.
- Your reason or issue
- The order number
- Your preferred contact details
- Product name and size
- Batch number and Expiry Date
- At least one photo
And these are the other details you need to read in relation to our refunds and returns.
- We need all of the above emailed through to info@cmbt.com.au
- All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
- Products can’t be returned without CMBT Customer Service authority
- Authority to return or refund is given after investigation by CMBT Customer Service
- You may be asked to return the product back to us in some instances
- If you are entitled to a refund, it is processed within 7 days of authorisation
- Refunds are given via the original payment gateway used to purchase the product
All returns and refunds are treated on a case by case basis.
