CMBT Shipping for Australia

We ship all of the CMBT Nutrition supplements and apparel Australia wide from our warehouse using Australia Post.

The shipping cost of orders up to $150 is calculated when you Checkout using the current Australia Post rates (these are calculated specific to your location).

If you order over $150 of CMBT supplements, your shipping is FREE (yes, FREE!).

International Shipping 

CMBT is pleased to offer International Shipping to customers outside of Australia.

Please note that International Shipping may have longer wait times and may be subject to import charges and customs inspections. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of our products or shipping fees.

Customers outside Australia can expect to have their orders dispatched promptly and packaged with utmost care for the journey ahead of it. CMBT does not assume responsibility for any damages caused during customs inspections. Thank you for your understanding.

Tracking your CMBT delivery 

When you place an order with CMBT you first receive an Order Confirmation email, and from there your order is automatically processed at our warehouse.

Then it’s then picked, packed and readied for pick up.

After pick up you’re sent another email with your order’s tracking number so you can watch it as it makes its way to your location.

Finally, you’ll get an email when your order is “Out for delivery” and also when it’s been “Delivered”.

Delivery addresses

We do all we can from our end to make sure your order makes it to the address you provide when ordering.

Most of the orders are delivered during normal business hours Monday to Friday and you either have to have someone present to accept the delivery, or make sure you have a safe place to leave it if you aren’t at the address during business hours.

Returns and refunds

We have a “Money Back Guarantee” as we are absolutely sure you’ll love all of our products in the CMBT range!

To make sure we cover all the bases for returns and refunds, we do have to have a few rules around this process.

For a start, if there’s any issues at all, we will need all of these details from you before we start.

  • Your reason or issue
  • The order number
  • Your preferred contact details
  • Product name and size
  • Batch number and Expiry Date
  • At least one photo 

And these are the other details you need to read in relation to our refunds and returns.

  • We need all of the above emailed through to
  • All claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Products can’t be returned without CMBT Customer Service authority
  • Authority to return or refund is given after investigation by CMBT Customer Service
  • You may be asked to return the product back to us in some instances
  • If you are entitled to a refund, it is processed within 7 days of authorisation
  • Refunds are given via the original payment gateway used to purchase the product

All returns and refunds are treated on a case by case basis.
