The Competition is conducted by CMBT Holdings Pty Ltd (the "Promoter"). All correspondence should be directed to info@cmbt.com.au.

Residency: The Competition is open to Australian residents only.

Age: Entrants must be aged 16 years or older at the time of entry. Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to enter, and that parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on the entrant's behalf.

Exclusions: The following persons are not eligible to enter:

(a) Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of the Promoter, its related bodies corporate, and their immediate families;

(b) Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of any agency or company associated with the Competition, and their immediate families;

(c) Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of 7-Eleven Stores Pty Ltd, and their immediate families.

"Immediate family": means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, child, or sibling.

Proof of identity: The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residency from any entrant. Failure to provide proof when requested may result in disqualification.

Start Date: 12:01 AM AEST on 1 August 2026.

Closing Date: 11:59 PM AEST on 31 August 2026.

Voting Period: Voting opens on 1 August 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM AEST on 31 August 2026.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced by 14 September 2026 via Instagram and email.

Purchase: Purchase any Volk Bar product from any 7-Eleven store in Australia during the Competition Period.

Create: Film a video of your best Alex Volkanovski impersonation. The video must be your own original work.

Post: Post the video to your public Instagram account using the hashtag #MyBestVolk. Your Instagram account must be set to public for the duration of the Competition Period.

Multiple entries: Entrants may submit more than one entry, provided each entry features a unique and distinct video. Duplicate or substantially similar entries from the same entrant may be removed.

Entry collection: Entries posted with #MyBestVolk on Instagram will be collected and displayed on the Competition website at mybestvolk.com via the ShortStack platform for public voting.

Content standards: All entries must:

(a) Be the original work of the entrant;

(b) Not contain any content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable;

(c) Not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights;

(d) Not feature any person other than the entrant without that person's consent (or, if a minor, the consent of their parent or guardian);

(e) Not contain any commercial content or endorsement of any brand other than CMBT or the Volk Bar;

(f) Comply with Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

Moderation: The Promoter reserves the right to remove, disqualify, or refuse to publish any entry that, in its sole discretion, does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise inappropriate.

Public voting: Eligible entries will be displayed on mybestvolk.com. Members of the public may vote for their favourite entry during the Voting Period.

Voting mechanism: Voting is conducted via the ShortStack platform. One vote per person per entry. The Promoter may implement measures to prevent fraudulent or automated voting.

Vote integrity: The Promoter reserves the right to discount votes that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, generated by bots, purchased, or otherwise not genuine. The Promoter may audit vote counts at any time.

Game of skill: This Competition is a game of skill. The quality and creativity of the entry, as reflected by public votes, determines the winner. Chance plays no part in determining the winner.

Major Prize: The entry with the highest number of valid votes at the close of the Voting Period will be declared the Major Prize winner.

Runner Up Prizes: The entries ranked 2nd through 50th by valid vote count at the close of the Voting Period will each receive a Runner Up Prize.

Tie-breaking: In the event of a tie, the Promoter will select the winner based on the creativity and originality of the tied entries, as judged by a panel of no fewer than two (2) representatives of the Promoter. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification: Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and/or email within seven (7) business days of the close of the Voting Period. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within seven (7) business days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner.

Verification: Winners may be required to provide proof of identity, age, residency, and proof of purchase (receipt from 7-Eleven) before a prize is awarded.

— Appear in a Cooking with Volk episode

Approximate retail value: AUD $50,000.

Runner Up Prize (49 winners):

— One (1) official Volk signed glove

— One (1) CMBT $50 gift card

Approximate retail value: AUD $1000 per prize.

Total prize pool approximate retail value: AUD $60,000.

Non-transferable: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Substitution: The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

Major Prize travel: The Major Prize travel must be taken at a date mutually agreed between the winner and the Promoter, within six (6) months of the winner announcement date. Travel is from the winner's nearest capital city airport. The prize does not include travel insurance, meals (other than the lunch cooked with Volk), accommodation beyond the experience day, airport transfers, or any other costs not expressly stated.

Companion: The Major Prize companion must be aged 18 years or older. If the winner is aged 16 or 17, they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian as their companion.

Filming consent: The Major Prize winner consents to being filmed for a Cooking with Volk episode and grants the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use that footage in any medium.

Ownership: Entrants retain ownership of the intellectual property in their entry.

Licence: By entering, each entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute their entry (in whole or in part) across any media, including but not limited to social media, the Competition website, advertising, and marketing materials, with or without attribution, for the purpose of promoting the Competition, the Volk Bar, CMBT, or the Promoter's business.

Moral rights: To the extent permitted by law, each entrant consents to any act or omission that would otherwise infringe the entrant's moral rights in relation to their entry.

Collection: The Promoter collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of conducting the Competition, including entry collection, voting, winner notification, and prize fulfilment.

Disclosure: Personal information may be shared with the Promoter's service providers (including ShortStack) for the purpose of administering the Competition. The Promoter will not sell personal information to third parties.

Instagram data: By entering via Instagram, entrants acknowledge that Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) may collect data in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service. The Promoter is not responsible for Instagram's data practices.

Public display: Entries (videos and associated Instagram usernames) will be publicly displayed on mybestvolk.com for voting purposes. By entering, entrants consent to this public display.

Privacy policy: The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and its privacy policy, available at cmbt.com.au/privacy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Promoter and its related bodies corporate, officers, employees, and agents exclude all liability for any loss, damage, injury, cost, or expense (including without limitation indirect, special, or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with the Competition, including (without limitation) the entrant's participation in the Competition, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected, any tax liability incurred by a winner, or the use or enjoyment of a prize.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Promoter's decisions: The Promoter's decisions regarding the Competition are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Modification: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, subject to any applicable laws.

Disqualification: The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry or voting process, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Publicity: By entering, each entrant consents to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and entry for publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation, subject to applicable privacy laws.
