Personalised nutrition targets
Achieving your body composition or performance goals requires a personalised approach. You’ll receive daily calorie and macronutrient targets based on the information you provide during your onboarding consultation to ensure you get the best results possible.
Meal planning made easy
When it comes to meal planning, we take care of all of it! You’ll receive an example day meal plan based on your personal nutrition targets, that caters to your dietary preferences. To make it even easier, you can generate a weekly shopping list from your meal plan to make grocery shopping a breeze. You’ll also have access to our meal plan builder to create your own meal plans which contains over 400+ delicious recipes, meals, snacks and foods so you’ll never get bored of eating the same thing!
Results focused training
Imagine just showing up to the gym or workout area at home with your training session all laid out for you, ready to go. That’s exactly what it’s like with our CMBT Strong Program as your pocket personal trainer! You’ll receive a set training program with planned progression, that caters to your goals, level of experience and schedule. You’ll be able to choose between a gym-based program or a home-based program to suit your preference and you have the option to swap exercises based on your abilities or equipment available to you. We have a comprehensive training database on the web app with video exercise demonstrations and coaching cues for every exercise so you’ll be able to perfect your form and train with confidence.
Everyone needs motivation and accountability when chasing after big goals. Often they are the things that will propel someone towards their goals or hold them back from achieving them. We’ve taken care of those too with weekly self check-ins, an interactive progress tracker which shows you how much progress you’ve made, as well as a daily goal setting & reflection feature to help keep you on track.
Education & support
Knowledge is power when it comes to unlocking your potential and our CMBT Strong Program has an extensive Learning Hub where you can access over 85 learning modules on a range of topics - including nutrition, training, and a big focus on mindset. We also have an exclusive Facebook group for our Program members where you will receive support and encouragement from other like minded individuals sharing this journey with you. We share lots of tips and tricks in this group to provide further education and support!
