- Combine CMBT Reload and cinnamon in 200 - 300 mL of water and stir.
- Pour the oats into a bowl and gradually add in the protein mixture, stirring through until the consistency is thick.
- Set aside the mixture for 5 minutes to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
- Top with mixed berries, yoghurt and nuts.
