Yes! We offer free shipping Australia wide for orders over $150. We also have a free pick up option if you're local to the Gold Coast, at CMBT Training Centre in Burleigh Heads.

Orders placed by 10 am AEST on a business day (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 10 am AEST or on the weekend will be dispatched the next business day. 

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics, customs, or bad weather.

We offer two shipping options internationally:

EXPRESS

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight and address. Please note: depending on the country, there may be import duty payments required for delivery.

AUS POST INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS: 7-14 Business Days 

DHL EXPRESS: 4-7 Business Days

International shipping estimates are generally met providing the customer provides all necessary documentation during the customs clearance process. Further delays to your order due to customs requirements are out of our control, and we will not be held responsible if your order arrives outside the usual delivery time frame.

If you receive an item from our online store that is damaged or incorrect, please initiate the returns process by emailing info@cmbt.,com.au. Once approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days. Cash refunds are not available.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if you make a mistake on your order, after it has been processed and shipped. We understand that mistakes can happen, so please triple check your cart before placing your order.  If you immediately contact us about any such mistake, we will do our best to stop the order processing.

All of our powdered products are banned substance tested by HASTA. HASTA (Human and Supplement Testing Australia) is a sports supplement drug testing specialist and the largest independent sports drug testing laboratory in Australia. When you see the HASTA stamp on our products, they are certified by HASTA, meaning the products have been tested for banned substances.This certification provides athletes with confidence that the supplements they are using are free from contamination with substances prohibited by organizations like the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).

We are proud to confirm that all of our products are made right here in Australia. Our powders are made in Melbourne, our bars are made in Sydney and our beverages are made on the Gold Coast.
